Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are handled, and who is responsible for return shipping costs.


1) Returns – General Policy

Unless stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be:

  • Requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

  • Unused and resaleable (unless faulty or damaged)

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.


2) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs where possible.

Shipping responsibility (faulty / incorrect items)

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection where appropriate.

  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and stock availability.


3) Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If returns are accepted for change-of-mind purchases:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition.


4) Trade / Wholesale Orders

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All trade and wholesale sales are treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions

  • Consumer cancellation rights may not apply

  • Clearance, graded, short-dated, or job-lot stock is sold as described and may be non-returnable


5) Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
