Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are handled, and who is responsible for return shipping costs.
1) Returns – General Policy
Unless stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be:

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
2) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Incorrectly supplied
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs where possible.
Shipping responsibility (faulty / incorrect items)

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection where appropriate.

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and stock availability.
3) Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If returns are accepted for change-of-mind purchases:

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition.
4) Trade / Wholesale Orders
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All trade and wholesale sales are treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions

Consumer cancellation rights may not apply

Clearance, graded, short-dated, or job-lot stock is sold as described and may be non-returnable
5) Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
